"The V. K. Samaranayake grants" from LK Domain Registry for Full Time Masters and PhD candidates. The V. K. Samaranayaka Grant Scheme, has been operating successfully since 2014, and has enabled a large number of our graduate students in ICT to improve their knowledge. The objective of the scheme is to encourage talented students to undertake full-time PhD and Master's studies in Sri Lanka, and to improve the level of new technology development in Sri Lanka. "The main objective of the V. K. Samaranayake grants is to enhance the culture of research and innovation in the Networking and Communication field with an emphasis on Internet related activities in Sri Lanka. The grants are to primarily benefit post-graduate students registered for full-time study at MSc; MPhil and PHD levels in recognized universities and institutes in Sri Lanka.
